Help at sessions
A few hours at a session, as often as suits you. Sit with someone, work through what they're stuck on, and don't rush them.
Training before your first session, and one of our team alongside you every time. Patience matters more than technical skill.
Ongoing support for a SparkLab participant
Ongoing contact with a SparkLab participant through their cohort — usually a conversation every couple of weeks.
A clear structure, suggested topics, and our team on hand. You are not expected to have every answer.
Structured placement building toward IT work
A structured placement over a set period, agreed with you around study or other work.
Real work with our team, a named supervisor, and a reference at the end.
Roles working with young people or with adults in care settings require a background check. We arrange and pay for it, and we'll walk you through what it involves before you commit. You can read more about the programs on the programs overview.
