Mission Programs · Host a program

Bring a program to the people you already serve.

We bring the staff, the equipment, and the materials. You provide a room and let your community know.

What hosting involves

A first conversation, usually half an hour. We ask what the people you work with are actually struggling with — it is rarely what anyone expects — and you tell us what your space and schedule allow.

Then we run a first session, adjust based on how it goes, and settle into a rhythm. Most partnerships run monthly or fortnightly. Some run as a fixed cohort with a start and an end, which is usually how SparkLab works.

We work inside your protocols, not around them. Your escalation procedures, your sign-in, your hours. We don't ask the people you serve to travel to us.

We bring
  • At least two of our people at every session
  • Laptops, tablets, and any equipment the session needs
  • Printed materials your community can keep
  • A session plan shaped by your first conversation with us
  • Follow-up between sessions where it's needed
You provide
  • A room, and power for a handful of devices
  • A way to let your community know it's happening
  • A staff contact who knows the room and the people in it
  • Wi-fi if you have it — we can work without it
